Letzte Woche habe ich mir noch mal einen kurze Auszeit gegönnt und bin kurzfristig mit meinem Bruder Bernhard ins Stubaital gefahren, um einen Teil des Stubaier Höhenweges zu wandern. Für meinen Bruder war es die erste Hochgebirgstour von Hütte zu Hütte, also eine Art Premiere.

Die ersten Tage hat das Wetter noch nicht so gut mitgespielt, so dass wir einen Tag auf der Innsbrucker Hütte im Schneesturm festsaßen. Danach wurde das Wetter aber spitzenmäßig, Sonnenschein pur und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Tour. Einen Tag konnte ich sogar meinen Bruder überreden und wir konnten einen Gipfelsturm (Wilder Freiger 3418 m) einbauen. So kam mein Bruder auch gleich zu seiner ersten Gletscherberührung.

Mitte August habe ich mir eine kurze Auszeit gegönnt und bin mit meinem Bruder Bernhard und zwei meiner besten Freunden (Marcus und Tony) für einen kleinen Paddeltrip zur Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte gefahren. Ein kleiner Paddeltrip bedeutet mit Sack und Pack das Kajak beladen und einfach mal die Natur erleben.

Leider war die Zeit viel zu kurz. Von einem Zeitfenster von 5 Tagen brauchten wir 2 Tage für An- und Abreise, so dass uns nur 3 Tage zum paddeln blieben.

Trotzdem war es wieder einmal eine tolle Zeit mit langen Skatnächten, Sternenhimmel und Sternschnuppen, also einfach Campingromantik. Wider Erwarten hat auch das Wetter super mitgespielt. Richtig geregnet hat es eigentlich nie und richtig nass geworden sind wir nur durch zu hohen Wellengang oder bei abendlichen Badeaktionen.

Jungs es war mir wieder eine riesige Freude mit euch ein paar Tage in der Natur zu verbringen. Ich denke euch hat es auch so viel Spaß gemacht wie mir, aber ihr könnt ja mal einen Kommentar loswerden wie ihr es so fandet.

Anfang März bin ich mit der KHG und ESG aus Erlangen in den Skiurlaub ins Lachtal gefahren. Für mich war es der erste Skiurlaub überhaupt. Meine bisherigen Winterurlaube habe ich bis jetzt immer in der Hohen Tartra zu Fuß verbracht. So habe ich dieses Jahr auch erste Erfahrung in der alpinen Skifahrt gesammelt.

Was soll ich sagen, ich hatte eine super Trainerteam, die mir die Skifahrerei näher gebracht haben. Es war eine super tolle Erfahrung für mich und ich denke schon, dass ich mich wieder mal auf die Ski stellen werden, um die ein oder andere Skipiste unsicher zu machen.

Ein dickes Dankeschön an diejenigen, die mir beim Skifahren zur Seite standen und mir so einige Tipps gegeben haben. Ohne Euch würde ich wohl heute noch den Kinderhügel runterstolpern!

Im September 2006 gab es ein großes Ereignis in meiner Familie. Meine Schwester Judith hat geheiratet.

Meine Familie war sehr überrascht, als Judith uns ihre Heiratspläne zu Weihnachten 2005 mitteilte. Nun hiess es nur schnell mit dem Hausbau fertig werden, damit die Hochzeit im neuen Haus stattfinden konnte. Schließlich haben wir es mit vereinten Kräften geschafft und die ganze Familie hat 3 wunderschöne Tage, von Polterabend bis Hochzeitsnacht, verlebt.

Letztes Wochenende durfte ich an einem traditionellen Ereignis in Erlangen teilnehmen. Der Rektor der Friedrich-Alexander Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg hatte zum 52. Schlossgartenfest geladen.
Schlossgartenfest bedeutet, feiern auf hohem Niveau oder auch um einen Freund zu zitieren “baggern” auf hohem Niveau. Geladen waren vorallem die High Society aus der Umgebung von Erlangen, aber auch Studenten und Mitarbeiter der Universität. Alle Gäste mussten sich in Schale werfen. So kamen die Frauen in eleganten oder auch in ziemlich aufreizenden Abendkleidern und die Männer kamen alle mit Anzug und Krawatte bzw. Fliege.

Ich fand, dass es ein toller Abend war! Es wurde viel getanzt, vom Standardtanz (Walzer usw.) bis zum abrocken.
Also ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder und bringe hoffentlich eine eigene Tanzpartnerin mit.
